About Mindler
Most people suffer from mental health problems at some point in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have helped thousands of people to meet a therapist via our app, having more than 850 clinicians working for us across five countries . We are now known as the leading digital provider of mental health care, and we’re on the look-out for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for a maternity cover FTC starting in December.

Attracting, sourcing and engaging talent within psychology and other business functions, using a range of approaches to identify and reach hard-to-find talent.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening through to offer, with a strong focus on candidate experience and employer brand.
Partnering with hiring managers and advising them on recruitment strategy and best practice.
Continuously improving how we recruit by using data, technology, AI and automation to create smarter, more efficient and scalable recruitment processes.
Supporting ongoing clinical workforce compliance processes, including monthly renewal checks.
Coordinating pre-employment checks for new starters, including right to work, references and DBS checks.
Partnering with the UK P&C Business Partner and wider global P&C team on relevant people initiatives and projects.
Supporting culture initiatives and selected team events across the UK.
Who are you?
+5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience of high-volume recruitment and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Experience within healthcare, another regulated environment or similarly complex recruitment is highly desirable.
Strong sourcing skills and experience using different approaches to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
Confident partnering with hiring managers and advising them on recruitment strategy and best practice.
A proactive, driven and solutions-oriented mindset, you enjoy taking ownership and moving things forward.
A genuine interest in technology, AI, automation and digitalisation, and curiosity about how these can improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (we use Teamtailor).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration/Management or equivalent, and/or a CIPD qualification, is desirable but not essential.
For this position, we are flexible in terms of location, but you will need to be based in the UK and able to work regularly from our Cambridge office for team collaboration, meetings and events.
What can we offer?
If we're a good match for each other, you'll join an international and purpose-driven company where you'll have plenty of ownership and freedom to make an impact. You'll play an important role in how we attract and hire talent in the UK, while also helping us develop smarter, more scalable ways of working across Talent Acquisition. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
