We’re delighted that you're curious about our recruitment process! This is our general hiring process for recruiting globally. It might be adjusted for certain roles and markets, but this is how it’s done in general.

Competency-based recruitment
We use a competency-based recruitment process, which is consistent for everyone. Our selection is based on skills, experiences, and qualities relevant to a specific role.
Therefore, we do not require a cover letter. Instead, you will be asked to respond to pre-selected questions during the application process. Your competencies are what count!

Ongoing selection
Selections and interviews are conducted continuously. If we think your profile matches the job requirements, you will be contacted for an interview.
Sometimes it takes a while to respond to your application. We thank you in advance for your patience!

Candidate experience in focus
For us, a successful recruitment process equates to a positive candidate experience. Each recruitment is unique, so the process can take anywhere from a few days to several months.

Selection and first interview
The selection is made continuously and we will invite you to a first digital interview with our People & Culture representative if your profile matches what we're looking for.
Step 3
Interviewing stages
Interview with hiring manager/hiring team. There may be several interviewing steps. It can also be relevant with a case, it is the role that determines what the specific recruitment process looks like.
Step 4
Reference & document checks
References are taken digitally and/or over the phone. We may also need to gather relevant documents/certificates/diplomas depending one the role.
Step 5
Feedback & information
We know how important feedback is, so we will do our best to keep you updated during the process. However, there is not always room for detailed and personal feedback, but we guarantee that you will receive feedback.
