The Role
As we continue our growth and expand and strengthen our international footprint, we’re looking for a Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) - a forward-thinking, values-driven and hands-on inspirational leader to guide our people strategy through this next chapter of our journey.
Reporting directly to the CEO, part of the global Executive Management Team, and working closely with the broader management team, you’ll continue to build and shape a high-performing, value driven and unified culture that connects our teams across the Nordics, UK, and the Netherlands.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our people, structure, and leadership evolve in step with our mission – to make mental health care available to everyone.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and evolve a People & Culture function that’s not just operationally excellent, but deeply human and strategically central to Mindler’s growth journey.
What you’ll be accountable for:
Strategic People Leadership & Transformation
Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, aligning our People & Culture strategy with the company’s mission and strategic objectives.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives that enable sustainable, scalable growth.
Drive alignment across markets, ensuring structure and culture evolve in step with Mindler’s global journey.
People Operations & Compliance
Lead the global People & Culture Team and oversee HR operations across markets - ensuring compliance with local labor laws and a seamless employee experience.
Strengthen HR infrastructure and processes to support scale, integration, and operational efficiency.
Lead with transparency and integrity in all organizational transitions.
Culture, Engagement & Integration
Act as a cultural architect, fostering a shared sense of purpose and belonging across markets - developing and uniting culture in the context of growth and acquisitions.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety - ensuring our values come alive in every market and interaction.
Lead cultural integration following acquisitions, building shared narratives, rituals, and systems that nurture engagement and accountability.
Talent, Leadership & Growth
Build and execute a talent strategy that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional people.
Embed performance and development frameworks that foster clarity, feedback, and growth.
Lead the development of a strong leadership culture and capability across all levels.
Compensation, Insights & Governance
Develop transparent and equitable compensation frameworks aligned with mission and business goals.
Use data and insights to drive decision-making, anticipate trends, and measure organizational health.
Partner with Finance and the CEO on workforce planning and rewards optimization.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of progressive People & Culture leadership experience in high-growth and international organizations.
Proven experience from high-growth, international organizations, preferably within health-tech or tech-driven industries.
Experience from multi-country HR environments, ideally including the UK and the Nordics.
Strong understanding of European employment law and cross-border HR operations.
Demonstrated success in building culture and leadership capability in fast-evolving contexts with a creative and inspirational way of working.
Analytical and pragmatic - able to balance data-driven decision-making with empathy and business insight.
Strong digital mindset and confidence working in tech-enabled environments, with the ability to leverage HR systems, data, AI and digital tools to improve people processes, decision-making and employee experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
Ability to both work hands-on, tactical and strategical and a clear idea of what good looks like.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Bachelor in Human Resource, Business administration or equivalent

Location
Based in Stockholm; minimum 3 days in office, travel to all markets required at times.
