The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner Nordics, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts to meet growth targets. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding creating a workplace culture where talent thrives.
Based at our Stockholm office, you will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and work closely with colleagues in the global People & Culture team to ensure alignment on shared processes.
Key responsibilities:
Drive recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals by sourcing and selecting top talent for open positions.
Attract and engage candidates across diverse fields, including technology, psychology, product development, and essential business functions in multiple markets.
Identify and assess qualified candidates through interviews and various screening techniques to ensure the best fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Oversee and maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the company culture.
Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure recruitment performance through key metrics and KPIs.
Lead offer negotiations and guide candidates through the employment process.
Collaborate with the team on strategic and operational HR projects that enhance company culture and support business growth.
Participate in planning company events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Who are you?
Preferably an academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
3+ years of experience from managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment.
Familiar with basic Swedish employment law.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience from working with employer branding and knowledge of recruitment metrics is highly desirable.
