The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner Nordics, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts to meet growth targets. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding creating a workplace culture where talent thrives.

Based at our Stockholm office, you will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and work closely with colleagues in the global People & Culture team to ensure alignment on shared processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals by sourcing and selecting top talent for open positions.

• Attract and engage candidates across diverse fields, including technology, psychology, product development, and essential business functions in multiple markets.

• Identify and assess qualified candidates through interviews and various screening techniques to ensure the best fit.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

• Oversee and maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

• Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the company culture.

• Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure recruitment performance through key metrics and KPIs.

• Lead offer negotiations and guide candidates through the employment process.

• Collaborate with the team on strategic and operational HR projects that enhance company culture and support business growth.

• Participate in planning company events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Who are you?

• Preferably an academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience from managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment.

• Familiar with basic Swedish employment law.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

• Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience from working with employer branding and knowledge of recruitment metrics is highly desirable.
