IT Specialist
About Mindler
At Mindler, our mission is to transform and democratize access to mental health care - making it available for everyone, when they need it. We are on a bold journey to change lives for the better by breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness and empowering people across Europe with high-quality tech-enabled human-led mental healthcare.
Deeply rooted in human compassion and clinical excellence, we combine evidence-based digital therapy with innovative technology - supporting clinicians to deliver and patients to receive the best possible mental healthcare. Today we are delivering healthcare in five European markets and scaling fast. We are dedicated to, by making mental healthcare accessible to everyone, changing people's lives and society to the better - and we're looking for great people who wants to grow with us.
The Role
We are looking for an IT Specialist who can both keep things running and drive real improvements across our IT environment. The role covers end-user devices for staff across four offices as well as remote employees in Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. The devices are both Macs managed through Jamf and Apple Business Manager, and Windows machines through Microsoft Intune. You'll need to be based in Stockholm, though no travel is expected.
Day to day this means a mix of business-as-usual support and project work. On the support side you'll be the first point of contact when colleagues have IT problems, setting up processes that scale as we grow rather than just handling issues one by one. On the project side there's meaningful work to be done: improving how we manage and secure our device fleet, rationalising our vendor landscape, and strengthening our compliance posture.
We are primarily a Google Workspace company but also run a Microsoft Intune and Entra configuration, and one early project will be to analyse and make recommendations for how we manage that setup going forward. We don't expect you to arrive knowing everything, the right combination of hands-on experience and a genuine drive to learn matters more than ticking every box.
As Mindler's first dedicated IT hire you'll need to be a self-starter who is comfortable operating with autonomy. You'll have support from tech leadership, but this is a role for someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next. We are a regulated medical company operating under GDPR and frameworks including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, so experience in similar environments is a definite advantage.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Device management: Procure, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices across our European markets. We run a Mac-first environment with Jamf and Apple Business Manager, alongside Microsoft Intune for Windows devices.
Google Workspace: Own our Workspace environment end to end: user lifecycle management, shared drives, groups, organisational units, and access policies. Keep it tidy, secure, and fit for a growing multi-market company.
Access management: Manage user access across our third-party application landscape, provisioning, deprovisioning, and keeping permissions aligned with the principle of least privilege.
Office Network: Manage and maintain network infrastructure at our Stockholm office, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and guest access, ensuring a reliable and secure working environment.
IT Support: Be the first point of contact for IT issues across the organisation, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access problems for colleagues in all markets. You'll set up the processes that make support scalable as we grow, not just handle tickets one by one.
Vendor Management: Own relationships with our IT vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services. You'll evaluate suppliers, manage renewals, and push back when terms don't work for us.
Compliance: Play an active role in our ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance work. This means owning IT controls, supporting audits, maintaining documentation, and helping us continuously close gaps rather than scramble at audit time.
What we’re looking for
At least 2–4 years of hands-on IT experience in a similar generalist role
Solid experience managing macOS devices, Jamf and ABM experience is a strong plus
Solid experience managing Windows devices, Intune experience is a strong plus
Comfortable administering Google Workspace across user management, security settings, and organisational structure
Familiar with SaaS access management and the discipline around joiner/mover/leaver processes
Some exposure to ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials, you should know what a control looks like and why it matters
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus, but not required
Based in Stockholm
