Our tech organization is split into three teams: Growth, Treatment and Operational Efficiency. All teams work full-stack across our different applications like the patient app, psychologist web platform and back office systems. In this role you would be working with the Growth team, primarily focusing on improving our user journey and product-led growth.
The role:
As Product Manager at Mindler, you’ll report to the VP of Product and ensure that your assigned product area is proceeding efficiently and is aligned with the company's operational and strategic goals. You will work to identify and fill product gaps and drive product development that ensures company growth from a user-centered perspective. You will be part of both the Product team and the Growth tech team.
As a PM for the Growth team you will be responsible for driving initiatives focused on Product-led Growth collaborating closely with marketing, tech and the rest of the product team.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead product development and growth initiatives, owning the KPIs that define your team’s success.
Continuously analyze the user journeys to remove friction points and create an intuitive and supportive user experience.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing to turn ideas into user stories and technical requirements.
Run a data-informed, iterative process to identify problems, validate solutions, and discover new growth opportunities through experimentation.
Translate direct user insights into actionable improvements that enhance both product value and growth.
Continuously engage and communicate in cross-departmental teams with key stakeholders to systematically identify and gather business objectives.
Work with the product team to translate long-term vision into short-term goals, driving progress in the field of mental health.
Ensure product features are aligned with internal guidelines and mandatory regulatory requirements(patient safety, ISO-27001, etc.).
Champion a data-informed culture across product and tech, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and measurable.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in product or project management, who combines a strong drive and a result-oriented approach with an ability to create structure and clarity in their work. You are naturally curious, eager to stay up to date with industry trends, and skilled at translating these insights into your daily work.

You have a growth mindset and get excited about the challenge of using the product as an engine for growth.
Are comfortable working with product analytics to identify pain points and opportunities within the user journey.
Have a natural empathy for users and a proven ability to put yourself in their shoes.
A track record of shipping product improvements that moved key business metrics.
You have a deep understanding of UX principles with experience in creating intuitive, beautiful and effective product experiences.
An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or product development is preferred. Strong communication skills are also essential, and you express yourself fluently in English, both in writing and speech as English is the main language used at Mindler.
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
Experience creating high-fidelity designs as well as mockups, prototypes, and visual specifications.
Experience working on both web and app user journeys.
Experience with digital health products or medtech.
Experience leading large-scale web-based projects.
