We are proud to be an award-winning partner to the NHS through our ‘Sandbox’ service which helps children and young people access free mental health support through podcasts, games, exercises and through chatting to our care coordination team. In addition to this, our adult service for Autism and ADHD assessments provides rapid access to diagnosis, free at the point of use for NHS patients.
Our services are expanding across the UK and you will play a key role in integrating this offering into NHS frontline services in new regions.
About The Role:
You will have the responsibility for planning and executing service development activities, including coordinating internal and external stakeholders, maintaining feedback loops and analysing data trends. As a global company, a part of this role will involve sharing these activities with Mindler global and feeding back where appropriate.
Other responsibilities might include:
- Leading end-to-end project management for service development initiatives
- Develop, manage and deliver projects, from inception to implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical team, care coordination, data teams, operations team and
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develop and maintain feedback and data collection processes, both internally and externally.
- Analyse data trends and stakeholder feedback to identify areas of improvement and inform project design
- Update and maintain SOPs to match changes in procedure
- Train and onboard the therapy team, providing ongoing operational support.
- Engagement and outreach with external stakeholders to represent the service and gather feedback
- Cover for other roles (excluding clinical) as required
About You:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous experience in healthcare is not required - but it is important you feel strongly about mental health, and want to make a positive impact for our patients
- An understanding of neurodevelopmental need, and ability to adapt communication to meet the needs of adults with ADHD / Autism is desired
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver compassionate and personalised communications with our patients
- Comfortable using modern technology such as Google Suite
- Empathetic and understanding in challenging situations
