About Mindler
Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and a doctor with a shared vision of creating a world with improved mental health. Thanks to our dedicated tech teams, who developed our app and iCBT modules, Mindler has emerged as a leading provider, transforming the mental health industry.
Our tech organization is split into three teams: Growth, Treatment and Operational Efficiency. All teams work full-stack across our different applications like the patient app, psychologist web platform and back office systems.
The Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of our Growth team, which is responsible for making sure our new patients have the best possible welcoming experience, and make sure they are guided to the right treatment and psychologist.. You'll work on both the app platform and the public web, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop features, optimize processes, and ensure the technical foundation is strong for future growth. If you’re passionate about building innovative solutions and improving healthcare experiences, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Work on our app (React native/Typescript) and our public web (NextJS/Typescript, Contentful CMS), enhancing the patient journey and optimizing user experiences.
Develop and maintain backend services using Lambdas, APIs, and other cloud technologies (AWS/Typescript).
Collaborate with Product, Content, Marketing, and other tech teams to develop and deploy high-quality features.
Our stack is Typescript on AWS with some data parts in GCP.
Optionally contribute to the design and UX.
Continuously streamline development processes to improve time-to-market and quality.
Who are you?
You have a bachelor in computer science (or equivalent) and over 3+ years of experience developing app and web applications, primarily using React-Native, NextJS, and TypeScript. While these are the core technologies we use, we value adaptability and believe that the right mindset is more important than any specific language.
You have a background of full-stack development from modern software development teams and you have a keen eye for UX/UI design. Additionally, you have experience from working in backend API’s, in cloud solutions and with automated testing frameworks.
It’s a plus if you have experience with:
NodeJS
tRPC
AWS
CloudFormation & CDK
CMS / Contentful
App e2e testing
Figma
EU Accessibility Act compliance
User testing
What can we offer?
If you thrive on collaborating with talented colleagues in the office, but also appreciate the flexibility to work remotely, we could be a great match. We offer a diverse role that emphasizes work-life balance, including tech-driven social activities to foster creativity and innovation. For example we arrange hack weeks, table tennis tournaments, board game nights, etc. There are also parties and physical well-being activities together with the rest of the organization.
You’ll be surrounded by inspiring engineers in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to a company on a mission to make a meaningful impact on the global market of improving digital mental healthcare.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
