Without exaggeration, the people at Mindler are really making a difference. Our People & Culture team is constantly working to make Mindler strive higher and putting our people in the first place. The team includes HR professionals along with Talent & Acquisition and office managers, and together we create a workplace where everyone feels empowered.
We help our colleagues grow and achieve new heights through a collaborative environment where we dare to both speak up and make hard decisions. We care for each other as much as we care for empowering the world with better mental health.

Mindler er en digital helsetjeneste som muliggjør nettbaserte psykologmøter. Hver dag gjennomføres hundrevis av digitale psykologmøter gjennom appen vår og vår ambisjon er å være en av de ledende leverandørene av digitale psykisk helsevern i verden. Vi søker kontinuerlig etter autoriserte psykologer, utviklere og andre viktige funksjoner for å styrke teamet vårt.
Vi har over 350 lisensierte psykologer som jobber eksternt via appen vår. På våre kontorer i Stockholm, London, Helsinki og Amsterdam er vi et mangfoldig team på rundt 100 personer som alle deler en lidenskap for å forbedre mental helse.
