About Mindler
Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor, who had a vision to enable a world with better mental health. Thanks to our hard-working tech team, who have developed our app and iCBT modules; Mindler has become known as the science driven mind leading industry change.
Our team is currently split into five sub-teams - all with different core responsibilities relating to the infrastructure, data, integration and features of our product.
The role:
As a Web Developer you will be part of our Web Team with responsibility to develop our new public web. We highly value semantic code and web standards as we want to meet modern demands on accessibility and usability for the web.
SEO and Search engine ranking is highly prioritized. You will also develop dynamic functionality to enable patients to find the right psychologist and/or treatment.
The Web Team is currently working remotely. We think you want to visit the head office in Stockholm at least once a month, but you are free to utilize the Stockholm office full-time.
Stack:
Our stack is exclusively TypeScript, with React and NextJS. We use Contentful as our headless CMS. Backend is mainly written in Node.js running on a mix of AWS Lambda, DynamoDB and MySQL. Our infrastructure runs completely on AWS.
We are currently in the process of migrating from Wordpress to a custom React/Contentful web. You will only work with the new stack.
What would you be working with?
Develop and maintain our new public website.
Implement design from our in-house design team..
Enable our content creators by building intuitive interfaces and data models
Work with our SEO specialists to ensure good search engine ranking.
Work in a close-knit development team while simultaneously being responsible for managing your own projects.
Who are you?
You have relevant experience in working independently and developing web solutions. You have previously worked with similar web projects.
Beneficial experience:
Web development using TypeScript and React.
Server Side Rendered web and/or Generated Static Sites.
Testing with E2E tools like Cypress.
Creating Custom Design Library and Storybook.
Setting up CI/CD pipelines for deployment. We use Github Actions.
Basic understanding of fullstack development in AWS.
We believe that everyone continuously learns by receiving and giving feedback. At Mindler we strive to be open to feedback and feel that it goes without saying that you will be getting feedback on all code you will be writing. We like to discuss how to find the best solutions, and get the perspective from everyone in the team.
What can we offer?
If we are a good match for each other - we will offer you a role that gives you a lot of freedom (we highly value a hybrid remote-friendly setup), and the chance to join a well-funded company with the ambition to play an important role in the global market of digital mental health care. Since we are just in the beginning of our growth journey, you will play an important part in influencing how we work together and how we make the most impact to help our customers and further improve mental health in the society.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
